Here’s how our search engine optimisation (SEO) and Adwords managment (Paid Search) services worked for our client Snap.
The Challenge
Our client, Snap launched their new website in 2010 and after a century as Australia’s number one choice for business printing, Snap extended their service portfolio to include online services such as websites and newsletters and an online
web-to-print solution that’s quick and easy to use.
- The old website had a very poor SEO structure and content was not arranged in a search engine friendly manner which contributed to poor ranking results.
- Snap’s website wasn’t visible in natural search engine result listings for a large number of relevant search terms, which meant they were relying heavily on Google AdWords and traditional advertising.
- We were asked to review and ultimately take over the management of their large spend Google AdWords PPC campaign, looking to increase the number of leads and reduce cost-per-conversion.

We restructured Snap’s Google AdWords account to reduce wasted clicks and focus on conversions.
- Increased overall click through rate from 0.63% to 1.62%
- Saved over 35,000 wasted clicks
- Bounce rate reduced by 18% through improved targeting and ad creative
- Increase of new visits by 13%
In the first 12 months our SEO efforts for Snap, to rank their site in the natural search results in Google, we achieved the following results:
- Keyword visibility increased from 22% to 53%
- Non-paid visits via search engines increased by 40%
