Item 5, Web Analytics is an important component of any online marketing campaign. While, free web analytics software or application services exist, client-side or server-side, paid services or bundled services frequently provide a more user friendly and comprehensive service at reasonable cost.
Even Google Analytics, a seemingly killer free application, has at least one major downside and therefore may not be for everyone. Speak to an experienced consultant or two before you make a final choice.
