Charles is the Managing Director of White Chalk Road, and one of the first professionals in Australia to truly specialise in SEO and online marketing. Prior to setting up WCR in 2000, Charles was an independent consultant to local government and the WA Racing industry in relation to IT, Web design and the Internet. In the early 1990s, he pioneered the use of direct database feeds of race results and horse form to the Internet in Australia and the Customer Racing Information Service (CRIS) he designed in 1995 remains essentially unchanged today.
Charles holds a Bachelor of Business from Curtin University with a major in Accounting and minor in International Business and also a Post Graduate Diploma in Information Systems, Curtin 1988.
He was an integral part of the development of the market research tools that Charles titled the White VOMA (Vertical Online Marketing Analysis) methodology for White Chalk Road using leading edge technology from the US developed over a two year period. Scott joined the White Chalk Road team in January 2017, having previously run his own companies for the past 10 years. He has multiple qualifications in the finance industry and also comes to us with a strong background in marketing and B2B sales. He has excellent communication skills and thrives on the day to day interaction with all of our current and prospective clients. His overall business knowledge, experience and creative thinking make him an excellent partner for our clients when they come to us looking for an effective marketing strategy. His solid understanding of consumer behaviour and sales and marketing funnels is a valuable resource for our clients when looking to improve conversions and sales figures.
Scott is a part time single dad and loves nothing more than sharing his "dad jokes" around the office. When he's not helping our clients edge towards success, you will find him spending time with his son or maintaining his extensive gardens.
Kate has over 12 years marketing experience including managing online and offline marketing campaigns, event management and advertising. Since moving to Perth from her native Ireland, Kate has gained over 4 years’ experience in web content creation, worked alongside iconic WA companies such as Synergy, Murdoch University and PEET and has completed an ADMA Certificate in Digital Marketing. Kate is also a Google AdWords and Google Analytics accredited professional.
Kate offers clients a wide range of marketing knowledge after working in both agency and in-house marketing roles. Her passion for digital marketing initiated working in web development and has quickly grown into all aspects of digital, namely search.

Pauline is a former award-winning journalist with considerable experience writing news and compelling content for traditional and digital channels.
She has worked as a communications and digital marketing specialist for the past 15 years, focussing on SEO, analytics and website content as well as technical reviews, mostly for medium-large enterprises across the Asia Pacific region. Pauline has worked with a range of regulated and technical industries including engineering, mining, financial, medical, cosmetic and dental to name a few.
After working at Australia’s former largest digital agency, Pauline joined White Chalk Road in early 2017. She holds a Master’s Degree in Journalism from Wollongong University, NSW, and is a Google Analytics and Google Adwords accredited professional.

Felicity has 10 years’ experience in B2B and B2C marketing, having worked in both agency and in-house roles in the UK, Perth and Melbourne.
Her experience spans marketing strategy, brand development, PR and event management. With a proven track record in strategic marketing, Felicity is driven by a desire to drive market expansion and grow clients’ businesses across the digital landscape, through SEO, PPC and social media. Alex is a Bachelor of Commerce graduate, majoring in Marketing & Advertising, from Curtin University, Perth. He joined the White Chalk Road team in July 2017 creating content and assisting with online marketing activities before becoming a Search Marketing Manager.
