With a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and Accounting from UWA, Ella combines strategic thinking with strong analytical skills. Her understanding of consumer behaviour and digital strategy helps her identify how people discover and engage with businesses across traditional and AI-powered search.

Born in the UK and raised in Perth, Ella has also lived abroad in Canada and Japan. Outside of work, she enjoys playing netball, discovering new restaurants with family and friends, and curling up with a good book.
