Tessa brings a wealth of marketing expertise to our team, drawing from a diverse background that includes both in-house and agency experience. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia, majoring in Marketing and Management.
As Search Director, Tessa leads our search marketing team and focuses on developing innovative strategies, staying across the latest trends, and driving strong performance for clients.
In 2025, she was named a finalist for Campaign Brief’s Super Nova of the Year, recognising her early impact and passion for the industry. She is always looking for ways to refine her skills and stay ahead of emerging trends and technologies.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find her exploring Perth’s restaurant scene with friends and family, keeping up with Formula 1 or spoiling her furbabies Taco (her playful groodle) and Macy (her cat who runs the household).
