Lifeplan partnered with White Chalk Road in September 2017 when they required a new website and digital presence. Changes to the NDIS Scheme meant they now needed to reach out to potential new customers, to communicate the benefits of their services and how to apply their NDIS funding for disability and mental health services.

First up Lifeplan needed a new website. White Chalk Road worked with Lifeplan’s web developer to create an SEO friendly sitemap, with all the key landing pages, outlining Lifeplan’s services. Once the new website was built, White Chalk Road wrote optimised content for all pages on the website, to help ensure it would be found in search engines for all their services.
The SEO Strategy for Lifeplan was to increase brand awareness and drive further traffic and conversions through their website. Once the initial website and content creation was completed, we began to build the Authority of the Lifeplan website, through content marketing, onsite optimisations and technical SEO integrations.
To further increase their web presence, White Chalk Road applied and was granted a Google Ads Grant for Lifeplan. The Google Ad Grants program provides free Google Ads to select charitable organisations and is designed to help organisations extend their reach in the community.
The Google Ads Grant has received over $20,000 in free Google Advertising, which has been a huge benefit to the Lifeplan Marketing Team. They have received over 60,000 sessions and 5,000 website conversions. The Google Ads Grant is a fantastic initiative from Google, to help Not-for-Profit organisations extend their reach.
